Product Return and Exchange
Customers may return the un-open products in the following condition:
- Diopter does not match with purchasing record
- Colour and style does not match with purchasing record
Product return period:
- 7 days after receiving products (Late return application will not be considered)
Returning Procedure:
- Please take pictures for the related product(s) and receipt
- Send following information (Full Name, Order Number, Product Name, Contact no, and related photo) to us CS team by email or WhatApps to follow-up.

- Customers need to return product together with the package to our company. Postage will be paid by buyer.
- Without the Order Number / Receipt / related photo will not accepted for any return and exchange.
- Please return product(s) by the most believed transport(e.g. registered mail or SF Express). cl mall is not responsible for any lost during return.
- Opened products are not accepted for return.
- All products cannot be refunded. cl mall will provide cl mall cash coupon valued similar amount to purchased product(s) through e-mail within 3 days after receiving the returned product(s).
- If only part of combo set product is returned, the coupon code will only be counted by the average price of all products.
- All promotional offers enjoyed, shipping fee and handling fee paid in the original order will not be refund.
- cl mall reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
- In case of any conflicts between the Chinese and the English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
