Terms & Conditions:

  1. Customers shall bear the risk of mailing service. Overseas customers are suggested to check from their Customs departments for the requiring customs duties for contact lens.
  2. Late picked mail may be returned to cl mall, our customer service officer will contact you for another delivery. Shipping cost will be settled by customers.
  3. Buyers shall bear the risk of the delivery. For overseas customers, please check the related contact lenses restriction with the Customs Department before purchase.
  4. The postage listed above is for reference only. Postages may vary and the quotation from delivery agents shall be final. cl mall mall reserves the rights of final decision.
  5. Actual arrival time may be delayed depends on the service from logistics agents and air carriers.
  6. Title to products and risk of procession of products, will be passing to you upon cl mall sent out the products to the delivery agents or postal service officer.
  7. You will become the owner of the merchandise you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once merchandise has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
  8.  You are required to pay in accordance with the list of shipping fee posted on our website. If you pay insufficient fee, cl mall has the right to ask you to pay off before delivery.
  9. cl mall can handle the necessary transportation procedures according to the buyer's request. However, our liability obligation is limited to on-time dispatching. In case of logistics (postal) problems in transit, we will assist the buyer to inquire the delivery agents, we do not provide any compensation to customers. All inquiries and claims will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the delivery agents. The buyer shall not claim compensation until the tracking period has ended. The buyer should verify the delivery notes in which the address and the contact phone number, so as to avoid delay delivery. If you place an order for products shown on the Site, your order will be deemed an acceptance of such term of use.
  10. We only make deliveries on the working days. Working days in cl mall do not include Saturday, Sunday, public holidays of Hong Kong and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands, and buildings without elevator facility. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered merchandise from our logistics center and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. In case of unexpected problems, such as customs clearance, delays from the shipping company, we will assist in picking up the parcels as soon as possible. Yet, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transportation.
  11. We will deliver the merchandise ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through our staff or a third party provider. You agree to present your photo identification upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the merchandise. The merchandise shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the merchandise are delivered to the address you give us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.
  12. In case of any disputes, the decision of cl mall shall be final.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. We only make deliveries on the working days. Working days in cl mall do not include Saturday, Sunday, public holidays of Hong Kong and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. 
  2. Time of delivery is determined by the stock and delivery method. If that product is out of stock, the time needed may be longer and is determined by the supplier. Please note that Acuvue, Boush+Lomb, Freshlook and contact lens for astigmatism may need an extra longer time.
  3. In case of any disputes, the decision of cl mall shall be final. 


Purchase Process

After making an order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by our system to notify you that we will soon order and deliver the goods. Please make sure the products, shipping method and the address are correct. For any questions, please contact cl mall customer service officer.

Goods Inspection

Please pay attention to the following when signing receipts:

  • The package of goods and contact lens are complete and with no damage.
  • The amount, style and diopters of goods are matched with your order.
  • The information written on the receipt, such as receiver's name, contact number and order number.
  • Should you have any questions, please do not sign. Return the whole parcel to us and contact customer service officer immediately.


Goods Undelivered

Goods undelivered (include but not limited to incorrect address, fail to deliver by postal officer, parcel being refused to collect, no one is collecting or undelivered parcel returned by express service company) will be returned to cl mall. We will then contact customer by e-mail for re-delivery. Service charge for re-delivery is the same as cl mall shipping cost, which means even if it was an order enjoying free delivery service, customer still need to pay for the re-delivery service fee and handling fee.


Mailing Terms

  • All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be borne by you once the order is dispatched by cl mall. cl mall is not responsible for it.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of cl mall shall be final.
